Meet Holly Sherman, she is the 4th in our excellent series of speakers for the Monday Night at Showcase 2015 seminar! We are so excited to have Holly join us to speak about how playing College Field Hockey has helped her transition to “the real world”.
Holly was a staple on the defensive line at Michigan State for four years, (she started 83 of 84 games!) After graduating from Michigan State University, Holly worked for two years as a research assistant at the Centre for Brain Health at UBC, investigating genetic roles in Parkinson’s disease and she is currently in enrolled in the highly competitive UBC Medical School! Holly will share her experience at Michigan State, and talk a little bit about the skills she developed as a college athlete and how that has helped her along the way.
