For student-Athletes, throw on top of this 2-3 days of travel a week, makeup classes, missed projects and tests and office hours with professors.
Student Athletes have a lot of responsibility on their plates at any given time. On top of their crazy schedule, student athletes are expected to maintian a high standard of academic grades, participate in community events, be role models on campus, be constantly in the media and under the social microscope AND expected to perform at the top of their game every. single. day. This means getting enough sleep, eating regular, healthy meals and taking care of their bodies.
Now, back to time management. In order to deal with all of those commitments and expectations it is absolutely crucial that you have strategies in place to help you with time management.

5 TIME MANAGEMENT TIPS
1. Write Daily Goals
