NCAA Recruiting Rules

The following is an outline of rules and regulations for the NCAA divisions 1, 2 and 3 The comprehensive recruiting guidelines are linked here and can be found from NCAA.org  Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3

Grade 10 (Sophomore Year)
